Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) conducted Written Examination for the post of Junior Assistant, Various Departments, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2021, 05 of 2021, 02 of 2022 and 04 of 2022 under various Item no's on 25th August, 2024; and
Whereas, the JKSSB, vide Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/32/2024-03 (7551754) Dated: 08.08.2024, issued a Notification of Result of Computer Based Type Test (Skill Test) for the Posts of Junior Assistant; and
Whereas, the Revised/Final Answer Key in respect of written examination held for the said post has been notified vide No. JKSSB-COE0EXAM(UT)/32/2024-03 (7551754) Dated: 18.09.2024; and
Whereas, the following criteria has been adopted while corripiling the result/score-sheet:
i. Type Test: 20 Marks.
Type Test score of a candidate =(X/Y)x20
X = Net speed of candidate.
Y = Maximum Net speed achieved in the instant examination by any candidate i.e. 84 WPM.
ii. Written Test (OMR): 80 Marks.
Now, therefore, by adopting the above criteria, the result/score-sheet, based on the performance of candidates who appeared in the Type Test (Skill Test) and Written Test for the post of Junior Assistant, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2021, 05 of 2021, 02 of 2022 and 04 of 2022 under various Item no's conducted on 25.08.2024, is hereby notified as Annexure "A".
It is further notified that:
1. Mere figuring in the result/score sheet shall not entitle a candidate to be called for document verification or figure in the select list and that he/she has to fulfill other eligibility conditions, as laid down and decision of the Board in this regard shall be final.
ii. The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) will call candidates falling in the consideration zone, based on the merit obtained by them as per the notified criteria for Document Verification. The schedule for Document Verification shall be notified separately.
